Layher Stage System
It’s not a single product—it’s a complete solution.  Durable Raya Stage System Built from modular, high-strength aluminium, it’s known worldwide for being tough, safe and versatile, and it’s the go-to choice for major concerts, exhibitions and even temporary architecture.
Why it’s called “the durable one”
•  Material & finish
–  6082-T6 aviation-grade aluminium: high strength-to-weight ratio.
–  Cast or forged joints—dense, Portable Raya Stage System  void-free metal that survives repeated load cycles.
–  Hard-anodised surfaces shrug off rain, sun and road grime.

•  Engineering

–  True Lego-style modularity: a handful of standard parts create roofs, backdrops, stands, pavilions—almost anything.

–  Triangulated Adjustable Raya Stage System geometry spreads loads and resists bending.

–  Every component is FEA-modelled and EN 13814 tested with large safety margins.

•  Connection

–  The famous “wedge-head” coupler: insert, turn 90°,Raya Stage System platform  locked—no tools.

–  Safety pins add a second lock; no threads to strip, no bolts to lose.

•  Main trusses: 300, 400, 500 mm chords, any length.

•  Braces: Raya Stage System diagonals that lock the bays square.

•  Wedge-head connectors.

•  Bases: fixed, swivel castor with brakes.

•  Decks: aluminium or GRP panels, anti-slip.

•  Extras: safety pins, Raya modular stage system rigging claws, roof sheets, lighting rails.

•  Stadium tours, festivals: main stages, PA wings, lighting towers.

•  Theatre & TV: flown scenery, lighting grids.

•  Trade shows: booths, entrance arches, control towers.

•  Sport & civic events: temporary grandstands, medal podiums, covered walkways.

•  Construction: site bridges, façade access, even mini-building frames.

•  Raya portable stage Lifetime measured in decades and thousands of cycles.

•  Fast build/strike saves crew hours.

•  Huge payload for its weight—snow loads, LED walls, line-array hangs.

•  Any shape, any footprint, any height.

•  Packs tight and light; freight bills stay low.

•  Clean, modern Raya quick-assembly stage look that clients like to photograph.

•  Big structures need qualified design and certified riggers.

•  Up-front cost is higher than scaffold, but cost-per-use quickly wins.

•  Stick to genuine or certified parts—mixing brands breaks the safety chain.

In short, Layher is the gold standard: over-engineered, reusable and built so the show always goes on.
